TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Bedford, Indiana, 47421!About The PositionJob Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Medical Surgical **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (17:00 - 05:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not Specified **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years **License:** Must have a valid IN or compact license **Certifications:** BCLS, NIH Required; ACLS Preferred **Must-Have:** - Med/Surg experience - Telemetry-remote monitoring - Blood product administration - Peripheral line care/management - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Starting IVs - Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Oral Suctioning - Oxygen face masks - Portable oxygen tank **Job Description:** - Must be willing to take charge when asked - First-time travelers accepted - Staffing ratios: 1:5/6 - Patient Diagnoses include: - COPD exacerbation - Pneumonia - CVA - Hypoxia - Electrolyte imbalances - Weakness - Hypertension - Small bowel obstruction - Altered mental status - Floating is required for all travelers within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby - Two supervisor references required **Additional Information:** - Orientation: 12 hours - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required - Flu Vaccine: Unknown Please ensure that the university attended is accredited by relevant accrediting bodies at the time of graduation.
