LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a leading health and wellness company, seeking anEmployee Relations & HR Compliance Specialistfor a 4-5 month consulting opportunity.TheEmployee Relations & HR Compliance Specialistwill work in partnership with the HRBP team, business leaders, employees and other departments in the organization to manage all aspects of employee relations and compliance activities and programs.Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist ResponsibilitiesManage employee relations cases from intake through resolutionConduct investigations, including interviews and documentationSupport performance management, including coaching and PIPsHandle high-volume intake calls, documentation, and case trackingReview and follow up on background check escalationsSupport compliance initiatives, including training audits and trackingPartner closely with HRBPs and site leaders across regionsEmployee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist Qualifications5+ years of HR experience with strong Employee Relations focusStrong documentation and organizational skills (high-volume environment)Experience with Workday and Excel preferred; AccurateBackground user knowledge is a plusBackground check/compliance experienceLocation: Chicago, RemoteHours: Part-time, 20 hours per weekPay: $30.00-40.00/hourBenefits: LaSalle Consultants are eligible for benefits including health, dental, visionIf you are interested and meet the requirements, apply today!Rachel HolmesLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.All assignments are at-will and their duration is subject to change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
