ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Sales

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM - HLS Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients in the Healthcare & Life sciences sector. This role focuses on account farming driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts .Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow strategic accounts in the Healthcare & life science vertical.Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels).Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.Understand customer technical environments and evolving needs across HLS (Medtech, Med devices, Healthtech) domains.Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.QualificationsBachelor's degree MBA is an advantage.14+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 8+ years in the HLS industry.Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.Sales
