Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative for our New Jersey, United States location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building client relationships and driving sales of Everon’s security and life safety solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, preparing proposals, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure clients’ needs are met with innovative and compliant solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and relationship buildingStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsKnowledge of security, fire, or life safety systems and services is highly preferredAbility to understand and respond to customer needs with customized solutionsProficient in CRM systems and sales tracking toolsGoal-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skillsWillingness to work on-site and travel as required to meet with clientsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plusPrior experience in industries served by Everon, such as retail, healthcare, or education, is advantageous
