Hotel Houseman

As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values.Responsibilities:• Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards.• Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests.• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces.• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed.• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment.Qualifications:• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals.• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.• No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided.• Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.About Company:Our vision is to positively impact, and our mission is to raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
