The role ensures rooms are tidy, sanitized, and fully stocked for guest use while delivering excellent service and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Clean and tidy guest rooms, including beds, furniture, floors, and bathrooms. Change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels between guest stays. Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and dust surfaces. Replenish room supplies such as toiletries and towels. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, showers, and toilets. Check rooms for damages or maintenance issues and report them to supervisors. Ensure rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and safety standards. Respond to guest requests for additional supplies (extra towels, blankets, etc.). Maintain cleaning carts and equipment. Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Requirements / Skills Attention to detail and cleanliness. Physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting, walking for long periods). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management to clean multiple rooms per shift. Basic communication skills. Previous housekeeping experience is often preferred but not required.
