The successful candidate will be a senior institutional leader with a strong executive presence, capable of engaging with the highest levels of leadership. This role is pivotal in driving change from a reactive to a proactive, data-informed model, and requires a strategic, equity-minded individual with a proven record of leading large-scale change and delivering sustained results. The Executive Director will be responsible for the stewardship and long-term resilience of the company's physical assets, and must be adept at strategic and capital planning, as well as risk management.Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include defining and executing a multi-year strategic plan, aligning institutional priorities with facilities management, and proactively partnering with cross-functional teams on capital planning. The role demands a leader with a comprehensive knowledge of facility operations, including design, construction, maintenance, and energy management systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related field, and possess the ability to represent the company effectively while maintaining a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and pride in service. Essential functions also include serving as a trusted advisor, leading special projects, and ensuring a safe, sustainable environment for the community.
