This position will assume and ensure the overall success of Asante facilities with a focus on, but not limited to, grounds, plant operations, preventive maintenance, energy management, environmental safety, and service contracts management. Responsibilities include oversight of facilities staff, including recruiting, retaining, orienting, training, retraining, and evaluating department personnel. The nature of this position requires observation of possible safety hazards and maintenance of a safe working environment. The position also ensures compliance with established local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, and associated guidelines (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, UFC, DEQ, EPA, OAR, and DNV). Position Qualifications Experience A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience with evidence of operational excellence and innovation is required. Demonstrated skills in the areas of physical plant operations, budgetary and resource management, and healthcare administration is required. Demonstrated skills in the areas of personnel management and development is required. Education An associate degree in an applicable field or equivalent in experience is required A bachelor's degree is preferred Certification/Licensure ODL: Possession of a valid Oregon Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of insurance is required Journeyman - Electrical: Journeyman Electrical Certification is preferred Journeyman - HVAC: Journeyman HVAC Certification is preferred Journeyman - Plumbing: Journeyman Plumbing Certification is preferred PE: Professional Engineer (PE) licensed by the State of Oregon is preferred Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including: Competitive Pay: Hourly and salaried positions earn market-based compensation.
