Job description:
We are looking for dependable Production Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. We have multiple shifts available and looking to hire as soon as possible. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career!
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical device components following detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.
* Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
* Perform routine manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality and production standards.
* Follow written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions accurately.
* Maintain complete and accurate manufacturing documentation and production records.
* Ensure all products remain traceable and compliant with quality requirements.
* Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software for documentation and production tracking.
* Identify and communicate production issues, quality concerns, and process improvements.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
*Qualifications*
* High School Diploma or GED and able to work in the US with no sponsorship
* Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
* Basic computer skills to navigate systems and comfortable learning programs.
* Strong communication and attention to detail along with data entry skills.
* Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
* Must be able to work 40 hours a week and be flexible with over time.
