Join our team to help us create a positive and memorable experience for our guests! What you will be doing Prepare all food items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency of product and achieve high guest satisfaction | Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times | Take inventory of food and supplies needed for each day | Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment | Keep all refrigeration, equipment, and storage and working areas in clean, working condition to comply with health department regulations. The ideal candidate for this position Enjoys time in the kitchen preparing food items our guests will remember and want to return to experience again | Performs at their best in the afternoons and evenings, starting your shift at 3:00 pm until approximately 11:00 pm | You are actively engaged and passionate about where you work | You work with professionalism and integrity.
