This role is heavily focused on electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and robotics support, with some mechanical responsibilities as needed.This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a plastics or injection molding environment who enjoys working on automation, solving complex issues, and playing a key role in keeping production running efficiently.Why join us?Stable company with long-term growth opportunityConsistent day shift with no forced overtimeClear path into leadershipInvestment in automation and modern equipmentTeam-oriented environment with strong supportCompetitive benefits package6% 401k matchJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesSupport robotic integration, EOAT functionality, and automation within injection molding processesProgram and troubleshoot PLCs (AutomationDirect)Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, sensors, relays, and controlsRead and interpret electrical and mechanical schematicsPerform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment downtimeSupport and maintain injection molding machines and related automationRepair EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) and assist with robotic integrationInstall and troubleshoot wiring, conduit, and electrical componentsAssist with mechanical repairs including conveyors, pumps, and production equipmentDocument maintenance work in CMMS or internal systemsCommunicate with production and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performanceMust-Haves:Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial settingExperience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (AutomationDirect preferred)Hands-on experience with robotics systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsExperience using diagnostic tools such as multimetersMinimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experienceHighly Preferred:Plastics or injection molding backgroundExperience working with molding machines and automated cellsFamiliarity with EOAT and robotic systems in molding environmentsInterested in hearing more?
