Our Client, a Automotive company, is looking for a Learning Development Specialist for their Auburn Hills, MI location.Responsibilities:The Learning Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Talent – Learning & Development organization in the North America region.Becoming a level 2 LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator in Cornerstone LMSReview and update SOPs for LMS AdminsProvide technical support and answer questions for the North America Manufacturing Plant LMS Admins and Health & Safety LMS AdminsFacilitate train the trainer sessions for new LMS AdminsTrain LMS Admins on Articulate Rise for course content updates and/or creation of new coursesHelp push and track mandatory training for Blue Collar employeesReview the "Access Rate" in the global reporting tool for Blue Collar employeesCreate a reporting process to train LMS Admins on completions and "access rate" in the LMS and global reporting toolSupport Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities (update SOPs and create training videos to help LMS Admins)Requirements:Bachelor's degree from accredited college or universityKnowledge of Learning Management Systems AdministrationExperience with Articulate 360Excellent project management skills, self-directed and motivatedAbility to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationshipsAbility to exhibit resourcefulness, forward thinking strategy and time managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsWhy Should You Apply?Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
