Inpatient Cardiothoracic NP or PA

Seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or PA to join the CVICU team at a community-based, not-for-profit hospital. Responsibilities include providing advanced care for critically ill cardiovascular patients, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress, educating families, and participating in quality improvement efforts.Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in an accredited program, current certification, Maryland licensure, critical care experience, strong communication skills, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
