Inpatient Cardiothoracic NP/PA

Seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or PA to join the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to critically ill cardiovascular patients, performing advanced procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress, educating families, and participating in quality improvement.Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate in an accredited program, current certification, Maryland licensure, critical care experience, strong clinical and communication skills, BLS, and ACLS certification.Benefits include professional development, a supportive environment, extensive resources, tuition assistance, healthcare options, and a 403(b) plan.Salary ranges from $66.48 to $103.04 per hour, based on experience.
