We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Contribute technical and procedural expertise to support team development efforts, including the appropriate use of AI-assisted tools. Participate in design and development discussions, using personal analysis and AI-supported exploration. Write high-quality code along with unit, integration, and system tests, utilizing AI assistance to increase test coverage. Ensure quality, performance, security, and adherence to specifications for assigned feature development. Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis by combining traditional debugging techniques with AI-guided investigation. Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and peer programming.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience, or a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience with no degree. Experience in developing with TypeScript, Java, Node.js, and React. Hands-on experience developing software using modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies. Ability to evaluate technical requirements, follow architectural patterns, and contribute to maintainable and scalable implementations. Skilled in building partnerships, driving innovation, and striving for excellence in engineering work.
