Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical design, development, and delivery of the FCR product platform.Develop and enhance React-based micro frontend applications.Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and Kubernetes.Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver business capabilities.Provide technical leadership, solution design guidance, and code reviews while remaining hands-on with development.Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices, quality, and delivery excellence.Required SkillsExpert-level React.js development experience.Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture.Hands-on AWS cloud development and deployment experience.Kubernetes and containerization experience.API development and integration experience.Strong solution architecture and system design capabilities.Technical leadership experience with Agile delivery teams.Ability to balance hands-on coding with POD/feature leadership responsibilities.Ideal Candidate ProfileA senior full-stack engineer who is a strong coder first, capable of leading a POD while actively contributing to architecture, design, and software delivery across the entire technology stack
