Join our vibrant team at Tapestry Senior Living of Moon Township, where you’ll make a daily impact in the lives of our residents.Why Join Us?Personalized Care: Our philosophy of person-centered care impacts everything we doCompetitive Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/year + Credit given for experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm EST | Weekend and Holiday rotations | On-call availability as neededSupportive Team: We believe in the importance of personal and professional growthQuick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hoursWhat You’ll Do:Support the Executive Director in daily community operations to maintain a welcoming, safe, and resident‑centered environment aligned with the Community’s mission and valuesPartner with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolutionProvide oversight and hands‑on support for business office functions, including financial management, billing, payroll support, records management, and administrative operationsAssist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and ongoing development of staff while fostering teamwork, accountability, and positive moraleEnsure compliance with all state licensing requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies and proceduresMonitor occupancy, staffing levels, resident services, and operational performance to support community goals and financial targetsParticipate in marketing and census‑building efforts, including tours, leasing activities, contracts, deposits, and system updatesMaintain strong working relationships with residents, families, staff, vendors, consultants, and community partnersOversee documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and record retention for residents and employeesProvide leadership coverage, respond to concerns or emergencies as needed, and perform other duties as assigned by the Executive DirectorWhat You’ll Need:High School diploma, required; Bachelor’s degree, preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role, preferably in senior living or healthcare, requiredValid Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) certification with Assisted Living Residence (ALR) Administrator module, requiredMust be 21 years of age or older with a valid state-issued driver’s licenseStrong organizational, decision‑making, conflict management, and problem‑solving skillsDemonstrated experience hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staffExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a resident‑centered approachAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn and use accounting, payroll, and community management softwareDemonstrated commitment to teamwork, professionalism, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality resident servicesWillingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededBenefits Available to You:Medical, Dental, & Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending & Dependent Care Accounts401(k) Retirement Savings PlanLife & AD&D InsuranceShort- & Long-Term DisabilitySupplemental Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, etc.)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Perks at Work Discount ProgramTo apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
