When you join our Burbank team, you become part of something that matters.The RoleWe are looking for a detail-driven Assembler I to join our Burbank production team. You will build precision assemblies and subassemblies that go into the manufacturing equipment our customers rely on every day, working from engineering drawings, bills of materials, and production orders to produce quality products that meet exacting specifications.This is hands-on, meaningful work in a professional manufacturing environment where your contributions are visible and valued.What You Will DoAssemble components and subassemblies following approved work instructions and engineering documentationRead and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and production ordersUse hand tools, torque tools, and standard manufacturing equipment safely and accuratelyConduct visual inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure product meets specificationsComplete production records and documentation in accordance with GMP and quality system requirementsPerform rework and repair activities in accordance with engineering specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCollaborate with the assembly team to meet production goalsWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school coursework is a plus1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read assembly drawings and interpret work instructionsComfort with hand tools, measuring instruments, and production equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentA CAN-DO attitude and a drive to see projects through to completionWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and production equipment.May involve exposure to dust, oils, coolants, and cleaning agents depending on the site.Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.Comfort with hand tools, measuring instruments, and production equipmentPhysical RequirementsMMT is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
