Caledonia, MS | In-Person | $120K - $140K /yr | Full-Time
A well established and growing aerospace manufacturing company with deep roots in the industry is hiring a Program Manager to help lead the execution of large scale defense contracts. What You'll Do:
Plan, schedule, and manage execution of large, complex DoD programs from start to finish
Serve as a key point of contact for senior military leaders, government representatives, and industry partners
Lead cross-functional project teams and keep everyone aligned on tasks and deliverables
Own program budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient use of resources
Identify risks early and build mitigation plans to keep programs on track
Manage scope, schedule, and resource changes with proper documentation and approvals
Support compliance with ITAR and CMMC requirements
Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required
10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a DoD environment managing large scale projects ($100M+)
Industry-side program management experience strongly preferred over USG-side
Navy program background is a big plus
Advanced MS Office skills, including MS Project
Must be a U.S. Person as defined under 22 U.S.C. 6010
