Position Overview Are you passionate about building software, websites, AI tools, and automation that solve real business problems? We are looking for an IT Developer & AI Automation Specialist to work directly with company leadership to build technology that powers our business. This is a hands-on role where you'll develop websites, create AI-powered workflows, automate business processes, and help improve operations across multiple business ventures. You'll support technology initiatives for: Company branding Personal branding and digital content Real estate investments and development Internal business operations and automation If you enjoy building things from the ground up and using technology to make businesses more efficient, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Software & Web Development Design, develop, and maintain company websites Build internal web applications and dashboards Develop custom business tools and software Improve website speed, functionality, and user experience Manage website integrations and APIs Troubleshoot technical issues AI & Automation Develop AI-powered workflows using OpenAI and other AI technologies Automate repetitive office and project management tasks Build internal AI assistants and knowledge management systems Research and implement new AI tools that improve productivity Create automations between business software and cloud platforms Business Technology Improve company technology systems and workflows Assist with CRM integrations and business software Recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency Manage cloud-based software and digital infrastructure Help develop long-term technology strategy Branding & Digital Growth Support company website improvements Assist with personal branding websites and digital platforms Develop websites for commercial construction and real estate ventures Improve SEO and website performance Support digital marketing initiatives through technical development Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks Experience with Python, Node.js, PHP, or similar backend technologies Experience with SQL and database management Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations Experience using Git and version control Strong understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation Experience with OpenAI APIs or other large language models is a plus Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and improve Bonus Skills WordPress or Webflow development UI/UX design SEO and website optimization Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Photography, videography, or content creation Knowledge of commercial construction or real estate technology What We Offer $15.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience Flexible scheduling Performance-based raises and bonuses Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation projects Exposure to commercial construction, real estate, and technology Direct collaboration with company leadership Opportunity to shape the future technology strategy of a growing business Long-term growth opportunities with increasing responsibility Why Join Us?
