At Mountain View Pain Center, we believe healing happens best when providers communicate, support one another, and place the patient experience at the center of everything we do.Position Summary: Bilingual Front Desk ReceptionistThe Front Desk Receptionist is the first impression of Mountain View Pain Center and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient patient experience. This role supports clinic operations by managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, coordinating care, and ensuring clear communication across departments.You'll serve as a key point of contact for patients - both in person and over the phone, whether in English or Spanish - while maintaining accurate records, handling insurance information, and supporting smooth daily clinic operations.What You'll DoWelcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and compassionSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using clinic software systemsAnswer incoming calls and provide accurate, timely information to patients and callersMake outbound calls to reschedule appointments and meet minimum call attempt expectationsCoordinate appointment transitions for patients with multiple same-day visitsFacilitate Uber transportation for Personal Injury (PI) patients when neededCollect and verify insurance information and process payments as requiredScan, upload, and maintain accurate patient documentationCommunicate promptly and effectively with clinical and administrative teamsNotify medical staff of patient arrivals and support patient flow throughout the clinicMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front reception areaSupport general administrative tasks as assignedMinimum Experience & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, some college preferredMinimum 1 year experience as a receptionist in a fast paced environmentMinimum 1 year experience with medical schedulingStrong customer service skills and patient-first mindsetProficient computer and typing skillsBilingual in Spanish and English requiredAccess to reliable transportation to commute between the 2 clinicsCompensation & SchedulePay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hourJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: PrimarilyNorthglenn Clinic, Occasionally Lafayette - 100% onsite/in-personHours:Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM; 1:30 PM-5:30 PMFriday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PMBenefits401(k) with company matchingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort- and long-term disability coveragePaid time off (PTO) plus paid holidays
