Automotive Export Coordinator

Job Description Job SummaryServe as the primary point of contact for assigned export accounts, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to manage the full Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process. This role focuses on resolving issues, improving processes, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery for export markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track export orders throughout the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) lifecycleCommunicate with customers on order issues, changes, rejections, and cancellationsMonitor and report on Manufacturing Validation Builds (MVBs) and product launch readinessCollaborate with logistics, finance, product teams, and offshore plants to resolve order and shipment issuesCoordinate logistics activities including invoicing, reconsignments, and special shipmentsAnalyze and report on order status, delays, and production issues; escalate risks as neededSupport system access and troubleshooting for export customers (e.g., order tracking and reporting tools)Assist with shipment coordination and respond to logistics-related inquiriesGenerate and interpret reports across multiple internal systemsParticipate in regular meetings with internal teams and international marketsProvide backup support for critical team functions as neededRequired Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of experience with logistics/exportStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailEffective communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholdersAdaptable, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindsetFamiliarity with order management and logistics systems is a plusCompany DescriptionG-TECH is a WBENC-certified, women-owned recruitment and staffing firm with over 30 years of expertise in Engineering, IT, and Professional sectors.
