Senior Accountant – Reporting & Financial Analysis Salary: $90,000- $125,000 Company Overview Our client is a leading wholesale distributor of automotive parts across the U.S. and Canada, operating 300+ branches and 8 distribution centers. Why work here as a Senior Accountant- Reporting & Financial Analysis High-visibility role partnering closely with accounting leadership and operations teams • Strong growth potential within a newly structured finance organization • Stable, growing industry with private equity-backed expansion • Exposure to diverse projects including inventory, fixed assets, leases, consolidations, and capital initiatives • Unlimited PTO, flexible onsite schedule, and 10 work-from-home days per year • Collaborative team culture with supportive leadership Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant- Reporting & Financial Analysis Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements • Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations across multiple entities • Oversee foreign currency accounting, monitor gains/losses, and collaborate with Treasury • Prepare bank reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Perform variance analysis and management reporting • Reconcile multi-entity and multi-currency accounts • Support process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements • Assist with ERP and reporting system upgrades and testing • Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to improve financial transparency • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, and Operations • Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives • Document and train teams on new processes and reporting procedures Qualifications for the Senior Accountant- Reporting & Financial Analysis Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred • 4+ years of accounting experience with exposure to reporting, consolidations, intercompany, and FX accounting • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP • ERP experience required (Oracle Cloud preferred) • Advanced Excel and analytical skills • Experience in private equity-backed, carve-out, or transformation environments is a plus • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving organizations • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments #LI-PO1 #INMAR2026
