Senior Corporate Accountant

This individual will partner cross-functionally throughout the organization while helping strengthen processes and internal controls in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare month-end journal entries across various corporate accounting areas including accruals, prepaids, intercompany, allocations, insurance, IT, HR, and reservesPerform account reconciliations and analyze financial statement variancesSupport month-end close activities and help improve close timelines and efficienciesPartner cross-functionally to strengthen processes and internal controlsAssist with audit support and financial statement preparationParticipate in system implementations, process improvements, and special projectsAssist with technical accounting research and documentationMaintain organized accounting records, procedures, and workflowsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting requiredCPA highly preferred3+ years of relevant accounting experienceBig 4 and/or large public company experience strongly preferredExperience in a multi-entity environment preferredExperience with Acumatica and/or OneStream is a plusAdvanced Excel skills requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyWhy This OpportunityHigh-growth, PE-backed organization with strong upward mobility potentialOpportunity to help build and improve accounting processesExposure to acquisitions and complex multi-entity accountingCollaborative and team-oriented cultureHybrid schedule with flexibilityVisible role with strong leadership exposure
