Java Full Stack Technical Lead
Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, React JS, Azure DevOps, and AI-driven development, along with proven leadership in driving end-to-end solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery coordination.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applicationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirementsDrive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systemsLead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverablesPerform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standardsCoordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless deliveryManage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvementsDrive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelinesStay updated on emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native architecturesRequired Skills:Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSSExperience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategiesExperience in building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patternsExposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development toolsStrong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery modelAbility to engage with business stakeholders and convert requirements into solutionsProven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in distributed global teams (onshore/offshore model)Qualifications:8-10 years of experiencePreferred Skills:Experience with AI-based coding tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs)Domain experience in Insurance / Financial Services (optional)
