Manager - Private Markets Fund Administration (Private Equity)

Our client, a highly regarded organization within the fund administration space, is seeking an experienced Private Equity Manager to join its team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a collaborative, fast-paced environment and the chance to play a meaningful role in the firm's continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of private equity investments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong operational execution.Partner with senior leadership to support the development and execution of investment and fund strategies.Prepare and review fund analysis and investor reporting in accordance with GAAP.Manage due diligence processes for prospective investments as well as ongoing portfolio activity.Lead, mentor, and develop a team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure all financial and operational requirements are met.QualificationsDeep experience in private equity fund accounting and strong knowledge of GAAP.Proven leadership experience managing teams and working across multiple functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.If this sounds of interest please apply directly or email me on adam.ross@oliverjames.com
