This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with state-of-the-art facilities.Opportunity DetailsPerform primary and revision total joint arthroplasties of the hip and kneeProvide preoperative and postoperative care for joint replacement patientsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, physician assistants, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient careUtilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to improve patient outcomes.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as desiredEducate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and rehabilitation plansMaintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with practice standards and regulationsQualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty.Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in MA and CT.Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to excellence in patient care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Trinity Health of New Englands collaborative practice model empowers providers to work at their highest levelsand allows time for professional development and family life.
