Shipping Administrator (U.S.)About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join our U.S. operations team. This role serves as a key counterpart to our UK shipping team, with a primary focus on domestic shipments and U.S. outbound logistics. Based in our Baltimore facility, this position plays a critical role in coordinating shipping activities across multiple departmentsincluding fabric, samples, wallcovering, drapery, warehouse, and office operationsensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows across functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments, with a focus on U.S. outbound logisticsInteract with government entities to prepare and process required import/export documentationCommunicate with internal departments to gather, verify, and provide shipping-related informationArrange third party movements between company locations and clientsGenerate and manage invoices and credit notes related to shipping activitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the internal shipping systemMonitor shipping processes to ensure quality standards are consistently metSupport shipping-related projects and general administrative tasksIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall shipping processesQualifications & AttributesStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to manage end-to-end shipping and administrative processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive, professional, and proactive attitudeSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesSolid IT proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quicklyTeam-oriented mindset with a customer service focusAbout Us Holland & Sherry is a fast-growing, dynamic leader in luxury to-the-trade interior textiles.
