Finance Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Prepare and maintain regular financial planning and performance reports, including monthly division level P&L forecasts vs. budgetAnalyze financial results and develop strategic and tactical recommendations for leadershipBuild and execute financial analysis for key business initiatives such as:Opening new operationsCapital investments and asset acquisitionsNew service or product launchesDevelop and maintain the capital budgetAssist in the design and execution of FP&A models, reports, and planning toolsParticipate in regular calls and discussions with Division and Corporate ManagementFinance & Cash FlowOversee cash flow planning to ensure adequate liquidity and availability of fundsDevelop and maintain forward looking, predictive financial modelsPerform activity based and operational financial analysis to provide insight into business performance and planningBudgeting & Business PlanningCoordinate the development, consolidation, and ongoing monitoring of annual operating budgetsSupport the creation of financial business plans and rolling forecastsPartner with operational leaders to track performance and explain variancesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or manufacturing financeStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced Excel proficiency (financial models, variance analysis, forecasting)Experience working in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment strongly preferredAbility to communicate financial insights clearly to nonfinance stakeholdersComfortable working in a mid size company where processes are evolving and collaboration is criticalBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
