We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company, weâre already one of Europeâs fastest-growing start-ups đ So, fancy coming along for the ride?đThe Role:We're looking to hire an Operations Executive to join our US Fulfilment team.Getting our products into the hands of a customer in the right condition and at the right time takes serious business expertise. Our Fulfilment team is responsible for working with third-party suppliers, including warehouses and delivery partners, to ensure customersâ orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, be a proven team player, and have the ability to think both quickly and strategically in order to make the best choices to influence our fulfilment operations.We value curiosity and willingness to learn over experience. We are looking for someone who is seeking rapid growth and progression at the early stages of their career.đ Some of your responsibilities:Fulfilment management:Relationship management: Working closely with our external fulfilment providers (3PLs, logistics partners and retailers), to ensure orders are delivered on time and inf full across all customer sales channelsFulfilment & Logistical excellence: Oversee fulfilment and delivery of DTC and retail orders across multiple countries.Liaising with external partners and customers to communicate updates and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and in fullLaunch management: Oversee operational preparation for DTC product launches and Retail pipefillProcess excellence: Adhere to and improve our standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics management and order fulfilment, to meet operational goals and KPIsData & Reporting: Report on the performance of our fulfilment partners against KPIs to identify potential areas of improvementSystems management: Maintain a smooth flow of orders through our ERP system to our warehouse systems, and ensure data is accurate and consistent Project management:Cross team collaboration: ability to work in cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience and Finance, to ensure fulfilment processes run smoothly to deliver business objectives Data analysis:Support with ad-hoc data analysis using our available data (e.g. cost, customer, order) to reach actionable insights and conclusionsđ What we need from you:Please note that we welcome applications from candidates who may not hit every single bullet point on the lists below - if youâre passionate about our mission and feel you have relevant skills and experiences to add value to this role, please submit an application!1+ years of Operations experience (Supply Chain, Fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, transportation);B.
