Greet all guests warmly Maintain a clean and organized reception area Approaches guests and collect information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements Constantly provides guests with accurate information about the restaurant and property as well as all entertainment offerings Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guest and team members needs when the opportunity arises Maintains knowledge of the restaurant's floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly and consistently per management's instructions Communicates with management, and service staff immediately to rectify all guest needs and requests Ensures work area is in compliance with the Southern Nevada Health District health codes at all times Responsible for taking guests' orders over the phone Desired Qualifications: Prefer at least 18 years of age or older Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Knowledge of Open Table Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond Must have exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude Exceptional communication skills and articulation Open full-time availability and flexible schedule Must be able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment Must exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment Able to write and speak in a confident manner Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time Job Essential Functions: Regular and predictable attendance
