WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a highly capable and collaborative RevOps Manager (GTM Systems) to own and evolve our go-to-market systems infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams have the tools and processes they need to execute efficiently and effectively. You’ll serve as the day‑to‑day administrator and strategic partner for systems like Salesforce (SFDC), overseeing everything from user management to complex system design and optimization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage the full lifecycle of GTM systems including SFDC, and ensure optimal use across the tech stack
Own day‑to‑day system administration, including user access, roles, permissions, and troubleshooting
Design, test, implement, and optimize system workflows and automation to support evolving GTM needs
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align tools with business processes and drive adoption
Track and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, process changes, and policies
Act as the in‑house expert and trusted advisor for all things GTM systems
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within high‑growth B2B SaaS environments
3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, including flow building, territory management, forecast modeling, and permissioning
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting
Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and motions
Highly collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experience with Clay and building automation workflows
Previous experience in a quota‑carrying sales role
Background in InsuranceTech or other regulated B2B SaaS industries
Exposure to PE‑backed, high‑growth SaaS environments
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain company locations. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location and may be above or below the stated amounts.
