You will be accountable for measurable business outcomes, not just feature delivery.Conversion and Experience DesignShape how practices guide patients through a high-stakes financial decision. Build tools, workflows, and digital experiences that increase confidence, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates.Leadership and Team DevelopmentLead a high-performing team of PMs. Set a high bar, provide clear feedback, and actively coach your team to elevate their craft.Hands-on Product LeadershipStay close to the work that matters.
