You will report to the Director of Sales who will make sure you have the training and resources to experience success. You will also be supported by sales support, client services, marketing, research and more. The Northeast Region includes the following states: New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusettes, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. The Day-to-Day:Convert prospects to clients by showcasing the Fisher differenceEngage with high-net-worth prospects to evaluate their personal financial situation and provide solutionsEducate prospective clients on the variety of Fisher Investment's offeringsPartake in ongoing training in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets and portfolio managementHome office position with the expectation to meet prospects face-to-face or virtually in your local territoryYour Qualifications:5+ years experience working in financial servicesFINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferredMulti-year track record of success driving resultsExperience in high-volume phone activity and in-person meetingsCompensation:Commission/variable pay based position - $100,000 – $0 base salary range with a gradual step down; compensation includes a percentage of estimated first year's management fees plus trailers for new business closedThis role offers uncapped performance-based compensation with the possibility of a 7-figure income where average earnings normally reach the mid to high 6 figures within 2 yearsWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
