UAT System Analyst

| Location: Providence, RI | ContractWe are seeking a skilled UAT System Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting social services and eligibility systems within a hybrid work environment. This role involves performing system analysis, UAT validations, and data verification for state-funded programs, ensuring system changes align with business requirements and policy guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system testing, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination within a regulated, social services domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigns and executes UAT test cases based on detailed business and system requirements, ensuring comprehensive validation of system changes.Performs data validation and ad hoc script testing using SQL to verify data integrity and support quality control processes.Coordinates with vendors, state agencies, and internal teams to facilitate system integrations and data exchanges.Supports the hotline team by fulfilling data requests and performing KPI validations to monitor system performance.Automates standard data queries and validation procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in data verification.Monitors incident tickets, tracks resolution progress, and collaborates with tier-II support to resolve live environment issues promptly.Assists in preparing documentation and demonstrations for federal agencies, showcasing system functionalities and compliance.Leads design sessions to gather detailed application or project requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications.Produces detailed functional and process documentation to support system development and user training.Supports field operations and program administration teams by providing data analysis and system support as needed.Required Qualifications5-7 years of experience in system analysis, UAT, and test case design and execution.Proficiency in SQL for data report generation, validation, and scripting.Experience working with integrated eligibility systems and social service programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and others.Ability to interpret and verify data in accordance with state policy guidelines.Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and develop solutions for complex technical issues.Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site presence in Providence, RI.Preferred QualificationsExperience with visualization tools such as Tableau.Knowledge of business process analysis, use case development, and gap analysis techniques.Familiarity with social service program workflows and related data systems.Ability to support system integration efforts across multiple vendors and agencies.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex procedures.About Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent WarDelphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
