In this senior-level role, you will shape executive compensation strategies and governance practices for clients across a wide range of industries. You will work closely with senior leaders and clients, leading complex engagements, managing key relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to boards and executive leadership.This role blends deep technical knowledge with business insight, requiring a strong ability to lead project teams, drive revenue through strategic relationships, and contribute to thought leadership through content development and public engagement.
