Associate Corporate Access
Location: New York, USADuration: 6 monthsDaily Responsibilities:Manage the coordination and execution of logistics for US and International Marketing with a focus on International corporate marketing into the US. This includes, but is not limited to: client targeting, non-deal roadshows, bespoke trips (reverse roadshows), group field trips, site visits, expert events, investor/corporate prep packages, feedback, and sourcing venues.Conference management - strategic planning and & event execution for global industry conferences and investor days, which includes but is not limited to: collaboration with internal stakeholders, agenda creation, client targeting and meeting allocations, on-site and/or virtual execution, and post-event wrap-up, including de-briefs and feedback analysis.Partner with Sales, Research and ECM to set event objectives and identify investor targets. Create clear lines of communication pre, during and post-event to ensure each event has a successful outcome.Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate meeting schedules, enter/update data, and work with the Client Submissions team to improve internal and external reporting.
