Workers comp, unemployment claims;Experience working in Light Industrial, manufacturing industry and 500-700+ employee organizationJob description:Serve as a strategic HR business partner to assigned departments, providing expert guidance in facilitation, process improvement, performance management, and policy recommendations to drive operational excellence and organizational consistency.Lead and support employee relations efforts, including coaching managers on performance, discipline, investigations, and day-to-day HR matters while partnering closely with HRBPs to resolve complex workplace issues.Drive consistency in HR practices across the organization by implementing and coordinating change initiatives that enhance effectiveness, streamline operations, and strengthen overall business outcomes.Leverage advanced HRIS expertise, including ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel skills, to analyze data, improve processes, support salary planning, and optimize performance management programs.Develop and deliver impactful management training programs (e.g., anti-harassment, interview skills, supervisory development) to foster continuous learning, strengthen leadership capability, and build a high-performance culture.Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeMust have ADP WorkForce NowMust have 3-5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience (will support two HR BP) No more than 7 yrs of HR experience.Knowledge of employment laws, compensation, HRIS systems, employee relations, unemployment Claims, workers comp. is a MUST HaveExperience working in Light Industrial, manufacturing industry and 500-700+ employee organizationMust be MS Excel proficientBackground check requiredDrug screening required
