We are now accepting applications for the following position: DRIVER RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE: Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner. Assist guests with this luggage, including loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring their belongings are handled with care and securely stowed during transit. Familiarize yourself with the most efficient routes to the airport, considering traffic conditions and any other factors that may affect travel time. Maintain awareness of alternative routes to avoid delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle vehicle. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure it is in proper working condition, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Provide a high level of customer service to guests throughout their journey, including greeting them warmly, answering any questions they may have, and helping as needed. Always keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, both inside and out. Ensure the interior is free of debris and properly ventilated for passenger comfort. Assist with other transportation-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by resort management. Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred who can drive a manual transmission vehicle. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferrable hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant regulations. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
