Registered Client Service Associate

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServices basic inquiries and scheduling of meetings with prospective and existing clientsRespond to client inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and general service mattersProcess account openings, transfers, rollovers, beneficiary changes, and maintenance requestsMaintain accurate and complete CRM recordsExecute equity, ETF, mutual fund, and fixed income trades as directedAssist with portfolio rebalancingMonitor cash balances and distributionsGather and organize client financial dataPrepare and update financial plans using planning softwareRun retirement, cash flow, and scenario analysesPrepare client-ready reports and presentationsEnsure all documentation meets firm and regulatory requirementsMaintain organized client files and audit-ready documentationAssist with supervisory reviews and compliance requestsAdhere to FINRA, SEC, and firm policies and proceduresPerform other duties, as assignedKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProfessional communication (written and verbal)Analytical mindsetClient-first attitude with high integrityExperience with financial planning softwareExperience with portfolio management or rebalancing toolsExperience executing trades in client accountsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsEducation/Previous ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in wealth management or advisory supportLicenses/CertificationsSIE, Series 7 & 63/65 or 66Insurance licenseMcDermott Armati Wealth Strategies, LLC and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James, not employees of Raymond James.
