Production Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes and possess excellent leadership skills to drive efficiency and quality within the team. A manufacturing supervisor with the technical background to understand machining and precision assembly work procedures, industrial safety, and personnel management. Need to be able to manage a team, hold them to schedule, and tackle various operational challenges such as quality improvements, process improvements, workforce training, etc. Oversee daily operations on the assembly line to ensure efficient production flow. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor machinery and equipment performance, addressing mechanical issues promptly. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols within the manufacturing facility. Utilize hand and power tools effectively for assembly tasks. Conduct regular inspections of the production area to maintain quality and efficiency.
