Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads end-to-end plant operations across multiple production sites, with full accountability for safety, quality, service, cost, and people performance. This role is responsible for transforming operational strategy into disciplined daily execution while fostering a culture centered on safety, continuous improvement, and customer commitment.Client DetailsThe Organization is a leading manufacturer with multiple sites in the U.S. specializing in environmentally friendly agriculture solutions across various industries. DescriptionProvide full leadership oversight for manufacturing operations across two facilities, ensuring consistent execution of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.Establish and reinforce a strong safety culture through visible leadership, compliance rigor, and partnership with Environmental, Health, and Safety teams.Translate strategic objectives into operational plans, performance targets, and improvement initiatives that drive measurable business results.Drive operational excellence through process standardization, Lean manufacturing practices, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.Monitor and analyze operating metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.Partner with senior leadership on capacity planning, capital investments, technology upgrades, and long-term operational strategy.Collaborate with finance to develop, manage, and control operating budgets, manufacturing costs, and inventory performance.Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, staffing levels, and succession planning to support operational continuity and growth.Lead talent development efforts, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.Ensure effective maintenance strategies, asset reliability, and facility layout optimization to support production demand.Communicate operational performance, risks, and progress clearly to executive leadership and key stakeholders.Apply consistent employee relations practices, including performance feedback, corrective action, and policy adherence.Perform additional leadership responsibilities as required to support business objectives.ProfileBachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including direct responsibility for plant operations, safety, quality, and performance management.Demonstrated success leading multi-facility or complex manufacturing operations.Job OfferSalary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 Plus Annual Bonus Eligibility Heatlh Insurance 401k (Company Match)PTO Available MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
