The company serves industries including transportation, automotive, furniture, healthcare, packaging, and industrial manufacturing.What You’ll Lead:• Daily plant operations focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance• Production planning, labor optimization, and operational execution• Continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes• Development of salaried and hourly teams• Safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs• Cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams• Budget management, productivity improvements, and operational strategyWhat We’re Looking For:• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience• Prior experience leading plant operations or multiple operational functions• Strong background in high-mix manufacturing, automotive, transportation, metal fabrication, or related industries preferred• Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems and manufacturing performance tools• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve operational performanceIdeal Candidate:• Hands-on operational leader• Strong communicator who builds trust and accountability• Continuous improvement mindset• Comfortable in fast-paced, complex manufacturing environments• Passionate about developing people and driving results
