Project Accountant

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Accountant to help them provide exceptional accounting support to their project team at their Charlotte, NC office.Your Day IncludesReviewing budgets, staffing, work plans, and fee structuresProviding timely financial reports, budgets, and project forecasts to project managers and clientsPreparing pre-billing reports for project managers' reviewIssuing invoices, purchase orders, and processing bills for consultants, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and manage general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliationsEnsuring steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices promptlyUpdating contracts based on client requirements and reporting associated budget amendmentsMust HavesBachelor's Degree in accounting or similar fieldProficiency in DelTek Vision2-5 years of experience as a project accountant or similar roleP.S.In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, the firm also provides a Costco Card and Gym Membership.
