Investment Banking Analyst / Associate (Mandarin required)
Job Responsibilities
1. Find high-quality entrepreneurial projects;
2. Establish good cooperative relations with VC/PE institutions;
3. Analyze and judge the industry, finance, and future development of the startup company;
4. Participate in the whole process of financing project execution and delivery.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Master's degree is preferred
2. Have business experience in FA, PE/VC, IB, consulting or related industries;
3. It is best to have relevant industry experience and investment and financing project experience in one or two sub-sectors of the consumer/enterprise service/going overseas industry;
4. Familiar with the VC/PE investment circle, or have the ability to quickly establish contacts in related fields.

4. 参与融资项目执行及交割全流程。
任职要求:
1. 重点高校本科以上学历；
2. 拥有FA、PE/VC、IB、咨询或相关行业领域内商务方向经验；
3. 最好具备消费/企业服务/出海行业某1~2个细分领域相关行业经验及投融资项目经验；
4. 熟悉VC/PE投资圈，或者具备快速建立相关领域人脉能力。

薪资： 每年$50,000.00起
