About The RoleThe role owns the frontend architecture and user experience for high-performance, responsive web applications serving millions of active users daily.The team works closely with product designers and backend engineers to build accessible, fluid, and resilient interfaces that handle complex data interactions seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, build, and maintain scalable user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworksOptimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility across desktop and mobile devicesDesign and implement reusable component libraries and design system standards to accelerate feature deliveryIntegrate complex RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing state efficiently with modern tools such as Redux Toolkit or React QueryWrite clean, testable code supported by robust unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and CypressParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend architectural standardsWhat We Are Looking For3–6 years of professional software engineering experience focusing on modern frontend development and component-driven architectureExpert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and modern React ecosystemsStrong understanding of web performance optimization techniques, core web vitals, and accessibility (WCAG) standardsExperience with state management libraries, build tools like Vite or Webpack, and CI/CD pipelinesBS or MS in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js), mobile development (React Native), or WebAssembly
