About The RoleThe role is responsible for architecting and building high-performance, user-facing web applications. This position focuses on delivering exceptionally smooth user interactions, optimizing rendering performance, and building reusable component systems that scale across product lines.The team values engineering rigor, deep knowledge of the browser environment, and modern web standards. The engineer will collaborate closely with product designers and backend engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive, responsive UI implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain complex, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state management librariesOptimize application performance, reducing initial bundle sizes, improving Core Web Vitals, and debugging rendering bottlenecksEstablish, document, and maintain a shared UI component library to ensure design consistency and high accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)Implement end-to-end and unit testing pipelines using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to guarantee UI reliabilityCollaborate on REST and GraphQL API designs to ensure optimal data fetching, caching, and state synchronization strategiesParticipate in design and code reviews, mentoring peer engineers on frontend best practices and design patternsWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of professional software engineering experience focusing on frontend web developmentExpertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS/HTML, and modern React architectures (such as hooks, context, and server-side rendering frameworks)Proven experience profiling and optimizing browser performance, including network payloads, DOM rendering, and memory leaksStrong understanding of modern build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, and ESBuild, alongside CI/CD workflowsSolid UI/UX sensibilities and experience converting high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible codeBonus: Experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, Tailwind CSS, or web performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse and Sentry
