Performs various related duties to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documents. Requires basic knowledge of the Bank's credit policies as well as state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to lending.What you'll do:Prepare appraisal request letters, pull flood certificates, order title work, and lien searchesInput data for loan documentation via the in-house system or through attorney websitesReview completed documents for accuracyReview legal documentationReview closed loan packagesReview loan documentation requests to verify a complete loan packagePrepare loan documents in-house for new loans and renewals, depending on loan type, complexity, and/or amountPrepare engagement letters and forward loan packages to the attorney to prepare documents for new loans and renewalReview insurance documentation to ensure adequacyHandle commitment fees and prepare disbursement instructionsMake sure cases are properly processed through the applicable workflow systemMaintain production log of all loans processedAssist and back up other doc prep staff as neededParticipates in community activities to promote the organizationRepresent the bank in a professional manner during and outside of office hoursDemonstrate flexibility to perform every other duty as assignedWhat you'll need to be successful:Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude.
