Position: Part-Time HR GeneralistLocation: Baroda, MichiganAbout the Company and Opportunity of Part-Time HR Generalist:• Our client is a growing company based in Baroda, Michigan, with a strong team-focused culture and seasonal business growth.• This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional seeking a flexible, part-time role with responsibilities in payroll, benefits, and onboarding.• Enjoy a supportive work environment with the potential for hybrid work after training and trust is established, as well as additional hours during the spring season.Overview of the Part-Time HR Generalist Role:• Process payroll for 180-200 employees accurately and on time.• Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed.• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and year-end health insurance reporting.• Assist with W-2 preparation and year-end reporting.• Support daily HR operations and assist with additional projects as needed.Preferred Qualifications for the Part-Time HR Generalist Role:• Experience with payroll processing, onboarding, and benefits administration is required.• Proficiency in PayCor or similar payroll systems is a plus.• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.Schedule:• Part-time: 3 days per week during payroll weeks and 2 days per week on non-payroll weeks.• Additional hours may be available in the spring during seasonal business growth.Salary: $53,300.00 to $62,500.00 annually (based on experience, prorated for part-time hours).Please Note: This role is onsite with the potential for hybrid work after training and trust has been established.#INAPR2026 Click here to apply online
