HR SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at a Payroll Management Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and human resources, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. This is a part-time position. Will consider high rate of pay for qualified candidate.Responsibilities:- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and timely- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll processing- Handle payroll inquiries from clients and employees- Assist with new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee relations- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation- Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (Training will be provided)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plusIf you are a detail-oriented HR Specialist with a passion for payroll management, we want to hear from you!
